WebJan 12, 2012 · May 23, 2010. #1. For the last month or so I have noticed a large bird of prey with white dots on its wings. We live in West Wales and are quite used to buzzards and Red Kites. This bird is really impressive seems to be slightly larger than a buzzard and the white circles on the underside resemble a WW2 fighter plane.
