But “back then” (geez, it wasn’t that long ago!), clean vocals ran amok, and after playing with their heads down, brows furrowed and teeth gritted since 1992, Cryptopsy felt the need to do something different. WebCryptopsy’s version is a stale, painfully monotonous interpretation; plus the out-of-place blast beats and abhorrent vocals don't help its cause in the slightest. Thankfully, that’s the only cover on the album.

WebIf you're a Cryptopsy completionist, give this a listen, but be warned, its bad and it just gets worse. The second album by this band was their swansong - this is now a lobotomized Cryptopsy, bent on making money or whatever. Their sound evolves to suck harder, so I guess this is like a sampling of how hard they can blow.
