The Witcher 3 is already well optimized with DirectX 11, and unlike in the case of Ashes of the Singularity, there are no major AMD performance issues. So, I would expect the improvement to be less significant.

(as long as your gpu can also run dx12, for instance if your hardware only supports up to dx11, having dx12 on your system wont let you run a dx12 game).
