WebIf it's Dermol 500 it's antimicrobial so straight after cleansing is best. Like the other commenters say it does dry down/sink in, but I don't think it's particularly moisturising compared to other emollients for eczema like Epaderm or Cetraben. They're definitely "greasier" IMO, but don't have the antimicrobial benefits.
