WebMy piercer instructed me to use saline solution (I use NeilMed) 2x a day to wash the piercing for at least 6-8 weeks. I have noticed however that my left ear will sometimes itch and get flaky skin. I don’t think there’s any other causes for this - I was pierced with a sterilised needle and wearing implant grade titanium.
