Some time after updating my OS, my computer keeps turning on Screen Savers at 5 minutes, even though that was never a setting I chose. And when I try and update the System Preference to either 1 ... WebbI reset energysaving settings to "never turn of" but 15 minutes later, the screen turns of again. My pc sits in the living room, and shows several tools for my work. So when I walk by I can look at those tools. But now I have to move the mouse ALL THE TIME, because Windows thinks it needs to turn the screen of whenever I turn my back.

Everytime I set it in display preferences and click "apply" it defaults back to 1 minute. I even tried specifying it in policy editor, no luck. WebbNote that in the Screen Saver Timeout policy there's an option to set the number of second for the timeout with the default being 900 seconds or 15 minutes.
